100 Queen Street is a commercial office development located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD. The project was a major retrofit of an existing building with a historical interface to heritage Gothic banking chambers and original Melbourne Stock Exchange. The development has modernised the site into the 21st Century.
The development aspired to:
“create a modern and flexible workspace whilst remaining sympathetic of it’s heritage aspects.”
Meld Strategies was engaged by GPT Group to develop a Technology Masterplan and Technology Design Brief that defined a project vision, key technology initiatives in addition to guiding project design teams towards a common set of technology related requirements. Meld provided additional specialist technology documentation in Detailed Design to tender stage.
