627 Chapel Street is a 24 storey, 41,000 m2 commercial office development located in the South Yarra district on a unique island site.
The development aspired to:
“create a landmark, office development that is recognised nationally and internationally as a benchmark in innovation and an exciting office building topology”.
Meld Strategies was engaged by Goldfields House to provide a technology strategy and Smart Building design for this development. Meld provided full end to end services from concept design to detailed design and practical completion working in close collaboration with the Developer Goldfields and the Builder Icon Co.
