60 Martin Place is a 33 storey, 40,000 m2 NLA Commercial Office that has been designed and developed to be a new benchmark in innovation and flexible workspaces in Australia. It was designed as Australia’s only Premium grade office development in 2019. The tower was designed to 6 Star Green Star and 5 Star NABERS Energy.
60 Martin Place incorporates a range of technologies to support it's sustainability objectives and to continuously improve it's performance over time.
Meld Strategies was engaged by Investa to develop Specialist Technology documentation and to provide technology project management services to oversee the implementation of a range of specialist technology systems as part of the project design.
