V By Crown

45 Macquarie St, Parramatta, NSW

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Designed by multi award-winning Allen Jack + Cottier architects, together with celebrated architect Koichi Takada, V by Crown Group will be a shining 28 storey tower of 431 residential and 159 serviced apartments in Parramatta with sweeping views across Sydney’s skyline and Parramatta’s Heritage Parklands.

V by Crown Group’s 29 floors of residences are designed to soar dramatically above a retail podium, and the luxurious glazed exterior will mirror the energy of its bustling surroundings in the city’s commercial district.

V by Crown Group is a development the Parramatta community can be proud of. One that celebrates their heritage and sets the benchmark for greater Western Sydney. Rising from Parramattaʼs most significant site on Macquarie Street, V by Crown Group will be a meeting point of residential, retail and commercial, and heralds a new era in the cityʼs built history.

A key design principle was to ensure that a reliable and consistent user experience would be provided for guests of the hotel.
