Wesley Place is a commercial office development located at 130 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne. The development is uniquely located on the site of the Wesley Church, Manse, former schoolhouse and caretakers cottage.
The development aspires to be:

Designed as a Smart Building from the ground up, Wesley Place will combine industry leading architectural, sustainable and technological designs into the ideal workplace located in the North East Corner of Melbourne’s City Grid.
The development is being designed to achieve a minimum:
- 5 Star NABERS Office Energy rating;
- 4.5 Star NABERS Office Water;
- 5 Star Green Star As-Built (v1.1) rating.
- WELL (v1) Shell and Core Compliance enabled building services
